1. Application Issues

  • New Applicants can check the F.A.Qs below to see how to apply.
  • Existing Applicants with challenges should state their APPLICATION NUMBER in the description area when lodging complain.
  • Existing Applicants with Payments challenges should state APPLICATION NUMBER and transaction reference & invoice ID in the description area, and also attach recent bank statement when lodging complain.

2. Course Registration Issues

  • Students with issues should state their MATRIC NO. in the description area when lodging complain.
  • Existing Students with Payments challenges should state MATRIC NUMBER and transaction reference & invoice ID in the description area, and also attach recent bank statement when lodging complain.
